Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
• The customer must provide the order number and proof of purchase.
• Items damaged, used, altered, or returned without their original packaging may not be accepted.

Once we receive your request, it will be reviewed and processed within 3 to 5 working days.

Please note:

• Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for the courier or delivery charges related to an exchange.
• Any price difference for an exchanged product must be paid by the customer.
• Returns or exchanges sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
